Return Policy
We believe to give you a great customer experience every
time you shop with us, but considering the fact that the same product cannot be
used by other customers upon return due to hygiene factors, we don’t accept
the exchange or return of the products once sold or delivered.
For Cancellations
All you need to do is give us a call within 24 working hours post order placing of your order at our customer care no. +91-7669446739 or drop an email at [email protected] within a period of 24 working hours from the time/date of placing the product
If order is cancelled before dispatch, full Refund will be initiated within 48 working hours (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) of raising the Refund request.
All refunds will be made via Net banking only please mention your “Full Name” , “Account No.”, “IFSC Code” of your bank account
If the product is shipped or is in transit, the refund will be initiated once we get the product back in the warehouse
In this case, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount
Exchange Policy
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to the following terms:
If delivered in damaged condition, the order will be replaced free of cost.
Return/ replacement if received in damaged condition will be done only when the same has been reported to customer service within 24 hours of receiving along with the images of the damaged product, subject to inspection and checking by the KK&COMPANY Team.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy.
